NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

Entrants must download the Freebird app and input the code MCIF between 12am CST February 24, 2020 and 11:59pm CST March 8, 2020. All users that input the code MCIF will also get up to $10 back on an Uber or Lyft ride to or from Music City Irish Fest when they order their ride with the Freebird app. The code MCIF will be active for rides taken from 7 am CST Saturday March 14, 2020 through 2 am CST Wednesday March 18, 2020. The winner of the Sweepstakes will win two (2) VIP tickets to Music City Irish Fest on March 17, 2020. Maximum value of this package is capped at two-hundred-thirty-eight ($238.00). The winner will be contacted on Monday March 9, 2020 via the email connected to their Freebird email account and have three (3) days from notification to claim their prize. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize by March 11, 2020, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Freebird’s sole and absolute discretion. Must be twenty-one (21) years or older to enter the sweepstakes. To be eligible to win sweepstakes, entrant must be a resident of Tennessee.

No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Freebird’s sole and absolute discretion. The promo code is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Freebird to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Employees of Freebird, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Freebird Employees are not eligible to enter. The foregoing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Freebird reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend these rules and the giveaway should causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, Freebird may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Freebird. Freebird reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these rules.

By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Freebird and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a state or federal court in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

The receipt by a winner of the prize is conditioned upon compliance by that winner with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER MAY RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER MAY BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED ALL IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF FREEBIRD.
